She was predeceased by: her father John Kowsky, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Jonathon Smiley, Christopher Smiley (Jessie) and Holly O'Neill; and her siblings, Kathy Tift, John Christopher Kowsky, Jr., Scott MacDonald, Rick Kowsky, Randy Lampman and Roderick Kowsky. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
