She was predeceased by: her father Kerry Hayes; and her brother Michael Hayes. She is survived by: her children, Valerie Davis (Josh) and Aaron Polevoi; her significant other Krista Hunter; her mother Diana Hayes; her sister Ronda Hayes; and her granddaughters, Peyton Davis and Heidi Davis.
