It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lionel Kubiak of Bellingham, Washington, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lionel Kubiak to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Marie Kubiak (Turner) and Joseph Stanley Kubiak; and his son William Kubiak. He is survived by: his significant other Claudia Poremba; his siblings, Joanne Dobrez (Kubiak) and Roger Kubiak; his children, Joseph Kubiak and Leeann Yager (Richard Yager); his grandchildren, Zachary Yager, Kenneth Yager, Elizabeth Aduddell (Yager) and Melissa Yager; his daughter Robin Fowler (Kubiak); and his grandchild Courtney Marcotte (Fowler). He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1110 14th St, Bellingham, WA 98225). A reception will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
