He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Collins Sr. and Agnes McCabe Collins; and his siblings, John, Eli Junior, Donald Collins and Wanda Collins Conley.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Pasierb Collins; his children, Michael Collins (Carolyn) of Hendersonville, NC and Carol Wight (Steve Wight) of Ferndale, Washington; his grandchildren, Lauren Collins Carstensen, Jessica Collins, Lucas Wight and Eric Wight; his great grandchild Matthew Carstensen; his brother Lewis Collins of Seaford; and his sister-in-law Janice Collins of Clarksville. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
