She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Karber (Hawkinson) and John Karber; her husband Arv Diemert; her siblings-in-law, Edna and Irwin Diemert; and her sister Sharon Karber.

She is survived by: her siblings, John Karber (Mary), Bob Karber, Jerry Karber (Sharon), Carolyn Ganzini (Mike) and Lyn Pearce (Don); and her aunt Sylvia Jarman. She is also survived by 11 nephews and nieces, 27 great nephews and nieces.
