He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his children, Lori Davis (Ronny), Brad Backstrom (Margie) and Danny Backstrom (Heather). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, 27 nieces and nephews, and 38 great-nieces and nephews.
