He is survived by: his wife Anne Mackie; his son Jay Ostby (Sarah Andrews) of Seattle; his grandchildren, Alyn and Beckham; his son Paul Ostby of Bellingham; his stepchildren, Jacqueline Perry (Darryl) of Bellingham and James Passey of Casper, WY; and his brothers, Mark Ostby (Patti) of Kennewick and Matt Ostby (Tara) of Kennewick.
