He is survived by: his spouse Susan Hunt; his daughter Mandy of San Francisco; his siblings, Marcia Wolf of Olympia, WA and Don Stephenson of Seabeck, WA; his father-in-law Jack Hunt; his siblings-in-law, Jill Thompson (Jim), Patti Buchanan (William), Lori Walters (Fred) and Chuck Hunt (Julie); his sister Marcy; his husband Will; and also Mandy.

In lieu of flowers, please consider contributing to ministries close to Mike's heart: Royal Family Kids Camp, or Skookum Kids, both through Hillcrest Chapel.
