It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joel Frederick Tibbetts (Bellingham, Washington), born in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen J. Lynch; and his brothers, Richard, James and Robert Tibbetts. He is survived by: his children, Mark W. Tibbetts (Julie) of Corvallis, Oregon and Carey J. Tibbetts (Glenn) of Bellingham, WA; his grandchildren, Jarrid R. J, Jacob of Devery, J. K, Jacob-Martin and Dylan P. D. Tibbetts; his great grandchild Levi Jacob Martin; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Tibbetts and Wilma Tibbettsand. He is also survived by nieces and nephews along with several cousins.
Memorial donations may be given in Joel's name to St. Jude's Children's Cancer Hospital or any Veterans Charity (Both of which have been very important to Joel).
