He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Kenneth Toon and Laurette Matilda Toon (O'Neill); and his brother James Toon. He is survived by: his wife Judy Benadom; his children, Todd Toon (Michelle), Tracy Weston (John) and Terene Kleppe (Kim); his grandchildren, Claire Ramos, Natalie Toon, Emma Toon, Zianna Weston, Edelia Weston, Corey Kleppe (Aubrey), Fiona Dawson and Micah Kleppe; and his great grandchild Malakai Kleppe.
