He is survived by: his parents, Bruce and Sonja of Ferndale, WA; his brother Jason; his sister-in-law Jamie of Auburn, WA; his sisters, Christina and Stephanie; and his nieces and nephews, Alison, Daelyn, Joseph, Owen and Matthijs.
