It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Waller (Bellingham, Washington), born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on May 9, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Everett and Dorothy Waller (Ellis); and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Parisot; his sons, Gary (Sharon), Brian (Barb Groen) and Paul (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Emily, Lloyd, Daniel and Rachel; and his stepgrandchildren, Kate (Joe), Matthew and Adam.
