He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Penny Visser (Rod), Leah MacDonough (Bill) and Matt Moore (Lori); his grandchildren, Julie Lukens (David), Christie Goudy (Michael), Terry Visser, Kacie Bennett (Joel), Jared Masters (Heidi), Brady Moore (Emily) and Lindsey Moore; his sister Beverly Holdt; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Moore and Bill York (Judy). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
