She was predeceased by: her parents, George Phelps and Esther Marjorie Toler (Hinton); her husbands, Tom and Ray; her sister Gail (Klinchuch); and her grandson Steven Cohenour.
She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley (Bergam), Gretchen (Pennington) and Gordon; her children, Andrew, David, Timothy, Mark, Rebecca (Cohenour), Matthew and Kathryn (Webster); and her stepchildren, Michael Hendrix and Rebecca (Beukelman). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
