She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Drake and Edna Drake (Culver); her husband Theron Jaquish; and her brothers, Lyle, Lemoyne, Leland, Vilas and Ivan Drake.
She is survived by: her children, Fern I Shaffer (Douglas), Rod T Jaquish, Lannie W Jaquish (Robin) and Jeffrey L Jaquish (Linda); and her grandchildren, Lisa Beckrich (Van Horn), Channon Jaquish, Joslin Starkey (Jaquish), Bret Van Horn, Bryan Jaquish, Grant Jaquish, Matthew Jaquish and Michael Jaquish. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
