She is survived by: her husband Rodney; her children, Norman and Jane (Buffy); her stepchildren, Jaimie and Ryan (Bear); her grandchildren, Landon, Ethan, Riley, Jacob, Bryce, Taylor, Brayden and Isabelle; and her siblings, Karin, Margaret and Walter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Peace Health Hospice, who cared for Helga with such tenderness in her last days.
