He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald A. Partlow and Ruby Partlow (Crabtree). He is survived by: his wife Mary Thiessen (British Columbia) of Abbotsford; his daughters, Cindy Whitney (Joel) and Melissa Lemcke (Jeremy); and his siblings, Ken Partlow, Allen Partlow and Karen Victor.
