She is survived by: her spouse James E. Mathis; her children, Jim Mathis, Sonya Zyskowski (Mike) and Vanessa Blair (Scott); her grandson Zachary Zyskowski; and her sisters, Barb Medford, Veryle Hitt and Gerry Adams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
