He is survived by: his sister Judy Ryan of Bellingham; his children, Christopher Rusing of Jupiter, Garrett Rusing of Bellingham, Justice Rusing of Bellingham and Grace Rusing of Bellingham; his nieces, Tami Thetford (Jay), Juleigh Vandermeid (Mark) and Taylor Thetford (Kyle); and his son Chris Rusing. He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews.
