She was predeceased by: her husband Clinton Forhan. She is survived by: her sons, Doug Forhan (Cara) and Craig Forhan (Tammy); her grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Samantha and Alex Forhan; her sisters, Mary Lou Orluske (Joe) and Charlene Dorcy (Bernie); and her parents, Merritt Colby and Mary Colby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
