He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Oletha and Robert Glen Gallagher; his sister Carol Smith; and his former wife Sandra Linda Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Valerie O'Connor Gallagher; his sons, John David Gallagher and Ricardo Anthony Gallagher; his brother William Gallagher; his brother-in-law Greg Smith; and his grandchildren, Mason and Alexis Gallagher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
