She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Mumie (Broyan) and Donald Eckrote; and her siblings, Dr. Lawrence Mumie, Roy Eckrote and Eileen Eckrote.
She is survived by: her stepfather Lawrence Mumie; her daughter Christina Boyd (Matthew); her grandchildren, Finnegan and Ellary of Custer, WA; her daughters, Michele Angel (Evan Jacobson) of Jupiter, FL, Lisa Angel (Daniel Schmidt) and Julianne Angel (Sasha Felikson) of Los Angeles, CA.; her stepson Paul Baker, Jr. (Mary Phillips); her stepgrandson Eli; her stepdaughter Lisa Baker Roper; her stepgranddaughter Sheena; her stepson David Baker (Linda Taylor); her husband Paul; her siblings, David Eckrote (Carolyn) and Marie Mumie Paisley; and also, Lucas and Logan of Atlanta, GA.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Whatcom Hospice Foundation and Julie's Bayview Inc (Adult Family Home in Blaine, WA).
