She was predeceased by: her sister Nancy Wimer. She is survived by: her former husband Tolbert Maynard; her husband Kenneth F. Johnson; her children, Roxanna Shepard, William Maynard and Barbara Middleton; her stepchildren, Allan Johnson, Bonnie Parman and Wendy Park; her sister Judy Wilkes; and her grandchildren, Johnathan, Jennifer, Elise and Bryn. She is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
