It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Mildred Forthun (Bellingham, Washington), who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Scott and Ora Scott (Hallett); her former husband Joe; her siblings, Iris Hall, Lois Swenson, Donna Daniels, Don Scott and Robert Scott; her son James Holtrop; her daughters-in-law, Betty Holtrop and Sue Holtrop; her grandson James Holtrop, Jr.; and her great grandchild Esther Holtrop.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Holtrop (Kathy), Ken Holtrop, Daryl Holtrop, Joe Holtrop (Karen) and Becky Buras (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Joe Holtrop (Melanie), Jason Holtrop (Rhonda), Jennifer Mordhorst (Steve), Heather Heutink (Ryan), Ryann Holtrop, Kristina Holtrop, Hilary Holtrop, Erik Holtrop and Jordan Buras.
