It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana Jean Mitchell-Lowry (Bellingham, Washington), born in Everett, Washington, who passed away on September 26, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Robert Mitchell; her former husband Keith Lowry; and her parents, William Madison Staggs and Dawn Louise McKinney. She is survived by: her aunt Helyn; her uncle John; her brothers, William Mac Staggs (Kathy) and James Staggs; her children, John Mitchell (Emily), Justin Mitchell (Anna), Gavin Mitchell (Sheryl) and Jeana Bevard (Clyde); her grandchildren, Keenan (Linda), Nicole, Chloe, Taylor, Obie, Sonora, Haidyn, Hunter, Yarrow, Gavin and Michael; and her great grandchild Linken.
