He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clark and Anna Clark (Wynstra); his uncle John; and his aunt Wilma Wynstra. He is survived by: his wife Sandi Smith; his daughters, Kerri Clark and Melissa VanderYacht (Joel); his grandchildren, Grant, Anna and Mya VanderYacht; his brother Don Clark (Lynda); his niece Michelle Boyd (Don); and his nephew Aaron Clark (Shirlene). He is also survived by numerous brother and sister in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
