She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Raplee and May Raplee (Moore); her husband Wallace Cecil Markwood; her close friend Sharon Mitchell; her siblings, Shirley Waters and Robert Raplee; and her children, Brad Markwood (Susan), Reneé Amos, Kim Peterson and Pam Rorvig (Mike). She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
