It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn Michelle Sauter (Bellingham, Washington), born in Anacortes, Washington, who passed away on September 7, 2018, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Rocke Sauter; her parents, Gerald Hein of Mount Vernon and Shirley Hein of Mount Vernon; her siblings, Susan Zurcher (Steve) of Anacortes, Lisa Cerny (Alan) of Madison and Jeffrey Hein of Mount Vernon; her mother-in-law Phyllis Sauter of Spirit Lake; and her sisters-in-law, Frankie Anderson of Bellingham and Billie Joe Sauter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and a nephew; and lots of aunts and uncles.
They were definitely 'The 12th Man". They loved to travel, including trips to Belize, Ecuador, and Cruises to Alaska, and the Caribbean. Dawn Enjoyed Life to the fullest and loved camping, boating, fishing and bowling. Dawn worked at the Slo Pitch in Bellingham for 16 years. Her Beautiful life will be cherished forever. Lots of great family memories including her love of animals. Celebration of Dawn's Life will be held at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Anacortes, WA on Saturday, September 15, 2018.
