He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kincaid and Edna Kincaid. He is survived by: his wife Francine; his sons, Dave Jr. (Sarita) and Mike (Mary); his stepchildren, Christina (Jay), Cynthia (Jason) and Rob (Paige); his grandchildren, Kelly, Jodie, Nicholas, Heather, Brooke, Tyler, Stella and Emmett; and his great grandchildren, Rhylee, Logan, Declan, Aiden and Connor.
