It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Dwaine Bailey (Bellingham, Washington), who passed away on January 9, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Bailey (Jones) and Max Bailey; his brothers-in-law, Alvie Stults and Larry Higgins; his nephew Daniel Stults; and his niece Cecelia Lott.

He is survived by: his wife Bev Kasten; his children, Travis, Trevor (Megan), Tyler (Erica), Tiffany and Teresa; his grandchildren, Alexis and Kyla; his siblings, Nita Higgins, Dick Bailey and Debbie Lott (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Jan Bailey, Pat Stults and Jerry Kasten (Wendy). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
