He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Emily; his children, Richard Williams (Dodie), Ernie Williams (Valerie Cagey), Raymond Williams, Alex "Butch" Martinez, Mark Martinez (Teressa), Anita James (Hutch), Lisa Wynn (Calvin), Rhonda McFarland (Herschel), Beth Scarborough, Darrylena Scarborough (Darren Olsen) and Kamaya Scarborough; his adoptive children, Joe Finkbonner (Hala Gores) and Phillip Elgin (Ruth); his siblings, Donna Cultee, Rodney Scarborough and Michael Scarborough; and his sister-in-law Gloria Washington. He was also cherished by 38 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren (with one on the way) and one great-great grandchild.
