He was predeceased by: his mother Billie Hoksbergen (Breuer). He is survived by: his father Howard Hoksbergen; his wife Pam; his daughters, Kim Burke (Nathan) and Jodi Murphy (Collin); his sisters, Sherri Akana and Linda Brannon (Steve); and his grandchildren, Caden Murphy and Mia Burke.
