She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Alec "Shorty" and Nellie Goodwin (Uptain); her former husband Harold Turk; her siblings, Naomi Martin and Gary Goodwin; her husband Ben Spoelstra; her children, Eugene Turk, Kathy Turk Cramer (Joe), Laurie Turk Baron (Jim), Shelly Spoelstra Smits (Jim), Brent Spoelstra (Mary Beth), Sonja Spoelstra Denney (Lew), Kirk Spoelstra (Katherine) and Rochelle Spoelstra; and her sister Darlene Todahl (Rick). She was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and many greats and great-great-grandchildren.
