He is survived by: his siblings, Becky Hayward (Bruce Mallett) of Fairlee, VT, Cindy Spellane of Holden, MA and William Metcalf; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Adams, Liz Davis, Gary Hayward, Matthew Munn, Mark and Michael Sadowski; his uncle Dale Wright; and his aunts, Eris Eastman, Vida Perry Munson, Ralene Wright and Velma Wright. He is also survived by Classmates, cousins, aunts & uncle, and his sisters, nieces and nephews.
