He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wise and Helen Wise; and his siblings, Ethel McLane, Anna Mae Hardeback and Howard Wise.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Martin; his sister Virginia McPhearson; his sons, Christopher (Lynn) and Bradley Wise; his grandchildren, Kirsten, Kelsey and Kara; and his great grandchild Hunter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
