He is survived by: his wife Elcey; his son Nathan Cook; his siblings, Dick Cook (Nancy), Don Cook (Diane), Tom Cook (Jackie), Terry Cook (Marie), JoAnn Loomis and Shirley Arndell; and his stepsons, Irwin Wright, Butch Wright and Mike Wright. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
