She is survived by: her husband Sam Hayward; her sons, Nathan Hayward and Joseph Splockton; her grandson Ethan Hayward; and her siblings, Floyd Warbus Jr., Joyce Tommy, Josephine Warbus and Claire Charles. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
