He was predeceased by: his parents, Marquerite Volz and Arthur Volz; his children, Jerry, Charles and Donna; his granddaughters, Stephanie, Melodie, Margaret and Courtney; his brother James Volz; his niece Elizabeth; his nephew James Jr.; his sister Sally; and his brother-in-law Dale Zuck.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Volz of Ferndale, WA.
