He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeannette Vivian Hale Sykes and Hurford Robert Hale. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Hale (Catherine) of Henderson, Nev. and Lynda Wilkerson of Bellefontaine; his daughters, Thessaly Prentiss (Philip Prentiss) of Bellingham, WA. and Kari Hale (Justin Davis) of Edmonds, WA; and his grandchildren, Michael Davis, Clara Prentiss, Madeline Prentiss and Garett Prentiss. He is also survived by three children.
