He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Hutchins and Ethel Hutchins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Herb; and his children, Teresa Urquhart, Mark Hutchins, Karen Starkweather and Sarah Burt. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
