He was predeceased by: his parents, Una Loy and Dr. Barney B. Clark; and his brother Gary Clark. He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Ebert); his children, Jennifer (Brent), Jeffrey (Laura), Julie (Mike), Douglas (Ashley) and Richard (Emily); and his sister Karen (Tim). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
