She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Segrest and Emmett Segrest; her brother Fred Segrest; her son Thomas Glen Wurz; her grandson Brett Roberts; and her significant other John Telford.
She is survived by: her sons, Dan Wurz and Max Wurz; her stepchildren, Marty Roberts (Mike), Torrie Kline (Cory) and Troy Telford; her grandchildren, Melyssa Noren (Spencer), Kaitlyn Wald (Justin), Bailey Roberts, Parker Roberts, Hannah Wurz, Zach Wurz, Grayson Kline, Jayden Kline, Cooper Kline and Colton Kline; and her great grandchildren, Saylen, Sammy, Addilyn, Taylor and Alyssa.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Widowed Information and Consultation Services of King County (WICS), an organization that profoundly impacted Shirley's life.
