It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eugene Schnell (Bellevue, Washington), born in Torrington, Wyoming, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schnell and Mary Schnell. He is survived by: his wife Patty Schnell; his daughters, Kelly (Brian Huotari), Kristin (Brian Hartnett) and Kati (Tim Quigley); his grandchildren, Bret, Chelsea, Rachel Hartnett, Chandler Huotari, Conor and Colin Quigley; and his sisters, Julie Stevenson (George) and Norma Busch (Bob).

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Dick's honor to Continuum Care of Washington, the hospice organization that provided Dick compassion and comfort in his final days.
