Fasolino of Brooklyn, NY; his grandchildren, Kieffer Bryant of Bellevue and Kalise Sampson of Kirkland, WA; his brother Jack Fasolino; and his sister-in-law Nancy of Scottsdale, AZ. He was also cherished by nieces, a nephew, and grand nephews/niece.
