She is survived by: her significant other Harry Stevens; her children, Sanoa Thomas, Yvonne Sutliff (Thomas), Linden Thomas, John Mays and Jody Mays Isaacson (Mays); and her sisters, Nona Ballard and Dannette Rasmussen (Dan Schrock).
