She is survived by : her daughters, Celia and Maryl; and her granddaughters, Elinor and Carina.

Jacque's family is asking individuals to donate blood in her memory as it sustained her during her very short battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Financial donations in her honor can be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
