He was predeceased by: his parents, Tsuku Mizokawa and Motoyasu Mizokawa; and his sister Joyce Kondo. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Mizokawa; his daughters, Stacey (Stephen Brown) and Jana (Zack Clem); and his grandchildren, Andrew Brown, Nicholas Brown and Parker Clem.
