He is survived by: his wife LaNita Belinskey; his brother Allen; his children, Wade, Robyn Belinskey, Rhonda Ouchida and Bart Ouchida; and his stepdaughter Debra. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
