He is survived by: his children, Julie Baledge (Craig) of Battle Ground, Joyce Foster of Washougal, Washington and Steve Phillips of Ketchikan, Alaska. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
