He is survived by: his wife Anne Shermack Blair; his siblings, Barbara Blair Fox and Bob Blair (Connie Bettenhausen Blair); and his children, Jessica Blair Magnusen (Doug Magnusen), Chris Blair (Heidi Maron Blair) and Jeff Blair (Carrie Garinger Blair). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
